Leading the Events and Experiential department, Jonathan is responsible for the overall delivery and execution standards of a wide range of virtual, physical, and hybrid projects at Real Nation. He has been involved in events of every type and level. Whether a Government Trade Mission, International Sporting Event, Conference, Fashion Show, Brand Activation or Product Launch, Jonathan has previously built up an envious client list and world class body of work, working with organisations such as Google, Audi, Silicon Valley Bank, RTE, Tesco, Facebook, McDonald’s, and UEFA.
With experience stemming from working across Europe, US, Asia and the Middle East – Jonathan’s strength lies in being able to balance multiple stakeholder objectives with maintaining direction and excellence. His ability to quickly pivot and navigate a rapidly changing event landscape meant that his Broadcasts, Virtual and Hybrid Events delivered the best possible experience for all clients and attendees throughout the Covid Pandemic. Jonathan is however very much looking forward to once again leading physical events with up to 50,000 attendees in 2021/22.
In his spare time, Jonathan is a Mentor with Open Doors – helping individuals navigate access to the workplace, set and achieve career goals, and resolve challenging issues.
