Kay is an experienced graphic designer and design researcher with a career spanning 18 years in Ireland, the UK, and New Zealand. Her educational background includes an M.A. in Design Thinking and Research, a B.Des in Interactive Media, a Prof. Dip in User Experience Design (UXD) and a H.Dip in Visual Communications. She also holds an Adv.Dip in Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching.

In her role as the Head of Design, Kay is responsible for managing the design team and overseeing the development of both print and digital solutions. She handles the management of the design workflow and takes charge of driving the entire design process, starting from the initial concept, and leading it through development. She maintains the highest quality standards and ensures that all design assets are delivered promptly. Kay is passionate about Universal Design principles, and her work is driven by a strong commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and usability for all individuals. 

In her spare time Kay is a Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) contributor for the Irish Cancer Society and the Irish Association for Cancer Research.
